When you registered for your NOWCA membership, you selected a venue to collect your wristband. If you are no longer able to collect from that venue, you can amend the collection venue via your online account any time prior to collection.

The 1^st item shows collection venue

To change just click on the dropdown menu & select the venue required.

See the onsite team when you arrive for your swim and they will assign you a wristband.

As the wristbands are assigned onsite, we cannot send them in the post.
