All Love Open Water venues operate using the NOWCA safety and booking system which means any person wishing to swim at a Love Open Water venue, must have a valid NOWCA membership.

This annual membership gives you access to over 40 NOWCA affiliated open water swimming venues around the UK.  You will receive a NOWCA safety wristband, collected when you arrive for your first swim at your chosen venue.  The easiest way to complete the membership process is by downloading the ACTiO app.  You will first set up your profile within the app (you will be given the option to choose which venue to collect your wristband from) and then pay the NOWCA annual membership fee.

Once this is done, you will see session times available for your venue and be able to pre-book and pay directly from the app.

Alternatively, you may register using the browser version of ACTiO.  You should create your account first (clicking on the ‘sign up for free’ button) and then making payment for your membership by clicking on Account.
