If you have added yourself to a waiting list and receive an email or app notification, you will need to do the following to accept the slot within 2 hours:

• Login to ACTiO app or the desktop version https://actio.nowca.org/
• Go to NOTIFICATIONS (click on the burger bar in the top right corner and the menu will drop down)
• Click on the notification referring to your waitlisted slot then book and pay.

You will have 2 hours to confirm and pay.  If you don’t confirm your spot, it will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
