Lesson 1 – Breathing Basics. Learn the process of parasympathetic breathing technique and common errors people make which lead to running out of breath and subsequently feeling panicked in the water.

Lesson 2 – Body Positioning. Struggling with sinky legs? Or perhaps the arms, shoulders and back feel tight and restrictive. Correct body positioning and controlled rotation will unlock a more comfortable and efficient stroke!

Lesson 3 – Arm Technique. With controlled breathing keeping you calm and correct positioning providing proper lift and streamlining, Annette will then take you through arm positioning both above and below the water.
