You must be a NOWCA member before booking a swim. The easiest way to do this is by downloading the NOWCA swimmer app ACTiO and creating a NOWCA profile. Once you have set up your NOWCA membership account and paid a yearly fee of £15.00, you can book onto an available session at a NOWCA venue via the ACTiO app.
