One way to get more swim sessions at our venues is a big, strong team of lifeguards! We currently have demand for more sessions, but we don’t have the lifeguard capacity. Our lifeguards need a minimum NPLQ and we provide lots of benefits and training. You’ll also be joining a vibrant, passionate and friendly team.
We’re also introducing the new Venue Support role for our busy London venues. This is a new role and does not require lifeguard qualifications. If you want to be part of the team and enjoy being dry side, then this is the perfect place for you!
